Will you help me to complete some research for my upcoming book on what work means to people?  I’d appreciate as many people as possible completing the survey to give me some basic data.  The plan is to then follow up with a cross section of respondents to interview them on what they do each day and how they feel about their jobs.

In return for helping with my research I will be providing interviewees with their own copy of it. In this way I hope to complete one more thing on my personal bucket list and to recreate for our times, some of the fascinating insight that Studs Terkel produced back in the seventies, which was the inspiration for my own work.
